Default Help with my Sway Bar Links (W/ PICS)

So over the last several weeks I began hearing a "clicking" noise coming form the front end. Mostly when I drive over any kind of bump. Sounded like a rattle type noise, so I assumed something was loose. Upon inspecting, I found one of the sway bar links was pretty loose. I have a TF level kit installed with 33's. My question is can I simply tighten the links on the ground or do I have to jack it up to relieve tension??? Also, could this affect anything else (Track bar, alignment etc...) Pic 1 shows the loose link, pic 2 shows the driver side which appears to be snug. Lastly, I was told torque for the links is around 100-125? Is this correct??
Thanks for any help..................

Nope just do it back up . No need to jack it up.
And no it wouldn't hurt anything else

It sounds like a lot ,could be right though. Look online for your torque

You should not need that much torque on the sway bar links. 30-40lbs should be enough.

I think the links are supposed to be 75 ft/lbs if I remember correctly.
