Default Squeak help needed, other lift questions as well!!!!

So I had a Rough Country 2.5 lift installed. The one with the springs only no shocks and the shock relocation brackets (part #J20540). I have about 1300 miles on the jeep (thats right) and had the lift installed about 1000 miles ago. Ever since its been installed and it dries up outside I will have a squeak. It will sound like a mix of a old squeaky bed and a rusty wheel turning. So after washing her so she looks pretty me and a friend crawled under her. The noise is only coming from the passenger side rear. Here are just a few pics of what I noticed.

This is the pass rear brake line that runs to the rear tire (obviously). There is a wear mark on the metal part where it looks like the sway bar is rubbing against it. I havent done any real off roading since I had the lift kit installed. Just city driving in the snow with pot holes. The red circle is the rub mark and the yellow line is the sway bar.

Heres the shock and the rubber brake line. You can see the rub mark in there as well as my co worker under the Jeep telling me that theres another line under the Jeep showing a rub mark as well. Now I think that I have found the squeaking noise cause.

Also I was told to check and make sure the "boots" that go on top of the springs are there. Well they are both there. The passenger side spring also looks like it has a really bad bow in it and the driver side one looks like its sitting a little straighter. I am sure that its normal for them to be sitting on the axle, should it be metal on metal though, or should there be a boot of some kind in between there?

I have read of people doing lifts and having to replace the front drive shaft. Why, when, with what? Is this needed? I know about the drive shaft boot and the exhaust touching, I have spacers to put in just need to get around to it. I havent done any offroading as I said so that is ok.

Also vehicle info.

Does it make the noise while driving ? While applying the brakes lightly?

Yes sorry I probably should have added that. I am at work and due to get out in 10 minutes and wanted to get this posted haha! It happens while driving in dry conditions. If it has been wet out or just washed then it wont happen for about half a day or a day. Mostly while going over pot holes or going in and out of parking lots and the body is flexing. I thought that I put that tid bit in there. Sorry about that.

My suggestions are to slightly tweak the bracket on the first picture to move it inwards. The second picture looks like you need to make a stand off to hold the brake line at a set distance from the shock normally a zip tie around the shock going thru a small piece of hose and then around the brake line would build a spacer to hold it a set distance and keep it from rubbing. Had to do it to a lot of BMW race cars to keep the lines routed right where we wanted them to avoid the wide racing tires.
