Default Lift and other upgrade questions.

I have a 2009 Unlimited Rubicon, Auto. Its my daily driver and sees most of its use on the highway. 80%. Anyway, I am gonna put on a 2.5" lift, and put on some 35" tires (Nitto trail grappler?). Planning on Teraflex coils and shocks. AEV 17x8.5 Savegre wheels. Going to get the Teraflex rear hinge and tire carrier to carry the bigger spare. Is the backspacing on the wheels adequate for this set-up? I am also getting a front bumper (Warn Elite) and a Zeon 10S winch. Should I add some front coil spacers from the start to compensate for any sagging due to the added weight of the bumper/winch? Any advice appreciated.

Damn, I wish I could spend 2 1/2 months a year off road.
