Default 2015 Rumors

Well it's about that time of year when some of the next years colors and options start to get leaked out. I don't think that there will be any groundbreaking new changes, but there will probably be some new special package and some new colors. Maybe they will come up with something to help us forget about the awful Dragon package.

Well, I just ordered an X. I was afraid they would discontinue the package so I pulled the trigger.

Where does it say that the new model won't be out until 2017?

He's implying he has some so insider info of some sort. Nothing officially announced.

Still, it makes sense to me. 1997. 2007. 2017.

Speculating about the next Wrangler is like a rocking chair.....it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere. That's good advice. Right that down.

Chrysler will definitely push back the new Wrangler as long as possible based on demand for the current gen. Right now, they run at max capacity. This far into the model means they are well into the phase of printing money. So unless demand begins to slack, they'd be crazy to release a new generation. They also tend to do things like add a new engine or something meaningful toward the end of a run to spur demand. Maybe a diesel?!

Indeed. Why change when they're selling like crazy? People look for classic, consistent looks in a Jeep. Not the sedan that looks outdated in two years.

So, should I lock in the price quote I got with the estimated uplift for a 2015?
