Handling greatly decreased after RK lift
I read all these reviews about how the RK lift was a huge improvement in handling over stock, but I installed mine over the weekend and every bump I hit is 10x worse than stock. The Jeep drifts from side to side on the highway and anything over 50mph feels like I'm driving on a milled road.
It's been to the shop twice since getting the lift installed, got an alignment, they've rotated all the tires multiple times and ruled out a tire issue. They also checked over the whole lift and double checked that everything was tight.
Anyone have any clue what it could be? This is my daily driver and it's not even fun to drive anymore. Anything over 50mph is major butthole puckered.
I'm supposed to take a road trip this weekend, but at this point don't know if it's happening anymore.
More info: it's a 2014 JKU with only 6000 miles, the 2.5" Max travel lift, Bilstein 5100 shocks

If so, what was caster set to?
Did you contact Rock Krawler, the manufacturer of your lift and explain your complaint so the people who make the product could give you some feedback?
You mentioned you installed it, do you have any training and experience installing suspension components?
You said it's been to the "shop" twice do they not employ mechanics who can assist?
I hope you get it figured out and you don't run into more problems sorting through all the opinions of random internet posters who will tell you to check this, check that make a twist there a turn over here buy another component etc...

I just had the RK 2.5 flex installed with Bilstein 5100's. Also running 35's at 32psi
Almost same setup as you.
I also installed a Fox ATS steering stabilizer.
Mine drives great. It is also my DD and have no problem with it.
Something's not right.

When I had the same problem, it was my caster being too low. Hitting a bump on the freeway was every bit of violent. 5 degrees of caster is a good compromise and a good place to start.
Also make sure any jam nuts have the crap torqued out of them.
Lastly, I think the Bilstein shocks ride too firm. They were teeth shattering on my 2 door.

Let the springs break in and settle. Mine took about a week if driving and only got smoother in time. I thought mine was a lot rougher after switching from teraflex. Now it rides better than my teraflex.
I would blame it on the tires more then anything, an E rated mud terrain at 30 psi will be rough. Did the company that installed the lift loosen everything and do the shakedown before torquing to spec? Did have the actual amount of lift you got from the kit? RK seem to run big and throws the geometry more out o whack.
