Default Pentastar Hesitates / Acceleration not Smooth in 2nd at Full Throttle

This is pretty easy for me to replicate, shift to second and floor it - there's hesitation / and very uneven acceleration from 1,500 RPM - 3,000 RPM

You sure it's not traction control killing throttle cause the tires want to spin?

I know what your talking about. I have experienced this when cold as well. If you accelerate smoothly its fine but if you floor it when cold in 2nd it will hesitate. I summed it up to some sort of mapping or computer fuel control, or maybe it has something to do with the VVT I'm not sure but figured it is just how these new engines are.

I've been experiencing this same problem. Same year as well. Not sure what could be causing this. It doesn't do it every time.
