Default Installed a 2.5 Skyjacker [PICS]

Well heres some picture guys. From start to finish it took up 5 hours. If you have any questions please feel free to ask or PM me. This was a very simple install other than the shock bushings. Seriously why would they send shocks and not have the bushing and sleeves installed already ? This was the long part of the install as we had to fight them on. First shock was easy enough but the 2nd was a pain. So if you get this lift and don't want to try to DIY than before you start the install go take them to a shop and have them do it for a couple bucks. I totally forgot to take before pictures but i honestly feel he has achieved more than 2.5 by the looks of it. He also has the smittybilt flares so his stock tires look small .

What the instructions usually dont tell you but have learned from installing 2 Jeep lifts so far.

Trackbar- You will see that it wont line up after you install everything and it tells you to put it back together. WAIT till the end and its sitting on its own weight. Once on it own weight have a buddy turn the steering wheel to get the trackbar in line with the bolt holes. First install we sat there for 2 hours trying to figure how to move the axle lol.

Lower Control Arms- The axle will shift as you take off the lower control arm. When you go to install the new one it will not be aligned ( usually ). This is the video i used to help me

Looks great! I installed a 2.5 Skyjacker lift in another member here and same thing. Very easy install except the bushings. I fought those damned things for God knows how long! Lol
