Trucklite protection film
I have always used and trusted Lamin-x protective film. I've had it on a few vehicles and if you apply it correctly it works great. They also make it in different colors and often there is a vehicle specific part number that is precut for your lights already.
When I last ordered I don't remember seeing standard round cutouts for sale. They do sell sheets of varying sizes so you can cut to fit.
Adding to what I said in the above post the one they ship for the JK headlights would work with some trimming I think as it is a flat circle when it arrives to you.

I have had my Trucklites for about 30000 miles (year and a 1/2) and not a mark on them. I wish I could say the same for my windshields that I have gone thru in that time. the lexan or whatever they are made of are tough and mine do not show any pitting.
