Default This is what I've decided to go with, on my 08 Rubicon Upgrade

I've just about got everything pinned down, on what I'm doing to my 08 Rubicon, 4 door. When it was new, I didn't want to start hacking away on it. Now that it's 5 years old (to me), and in need of new tires, it's time to upgrade it. What I'm adding/changing:

1) 4.5" Rubicon Express 4-Link Long Arm Suspension (with new driveshafts)
2) Regearing (5.13)
3) 37" Procomp Tires (37x12.50R17, Xtreme MT2) set of 5
4) 17" Wheels (Series 7105 - Flat Black Alloy Wheel) set of 5
5) Smittybilt XRC M.O.D. Modular Center Section with Winch Plate and D-ring Mounts
6) Warn 9.5cti Winch
7) Smittybilt XRC Armor Rear Bumper with Hitch and Tire Carrier
8) Other odds and ends like lights, switch panel, etc
9) Still can't decide on fenders. I like the Smittybilt XRC armor stuff but I think I'd be ticketed for driving the streets with that. Seems like there should be some easy on, easy off, flares, for it, to make it legal in states where it's not legal for street use. Go to the trails, pop the flares off. Back on the street put them back on. Might go with Bushwhacker flats, because of this.

With luck it will be done in about 2 weeks. Unless I change something again. I've been waffling on parts for the past 3 weeks.

Change of plans

Issues with RE that I've read about and the difficulty of getting one in a timely manner has me changing the suspension system.

I'm not getting:
1) Teraflex 4" Elite LCG Long Arm Suspension System (1457400) with
2) Fox Nitrogen filled shocks with ext. reservoir (whatever those are)

Are these shocks going to be a maintenance issue?
