I will be cutting down the front and rear flares soon, but I do not recall seeing any of these where the stock wheel well liners were able also be cut down and retained in place. I am thinking mainly of the front wells. Will having no liners result in a wet engine compartment during rainy weather or any other undesirable issues?

 

You can trim the liners up and re use them.

 

You can trim the inner liners to fit your fenders in the front. The back just take them out & throw them away.

The only extra thing I had to do was the back flap close to the front doors I put a self taping screw in so it wouldn't flap around

 

I just drilled a hole and used one of the little plastic christmas tree retainers

 

Did the same thing.
