Default Need a little more lift. Help please!!

I have a RK 2.5 max on my 2013 JKU. I went with the longer Bilstein shocks and spring retainers top & bottom of front and top of rear. Is there a way to put in a small puck spacer to get just a little more lift AND keep the retainers?

Thanks

I doubt it, but you can use a limit strap instead of the coil retainer.

I'm trying to understand what your goal in placing spring retainers top & bottom of front and top of rear?

I believe you got this lift correct?

From what I read it gives you a good 3" of lift. Just keep in mind that once you hit over 3.5" of lift you'll have to do some steering adjustments and your front drive line could contact your exhaust.

Yes that is the one. I had heard a few stories and from my local 4WP that I should put the front retaining clips on due to front springs shifting out of their position during extreme flex. I did the rear retaining clips again following a suggestion because I went with the longer of the two suggested shocks.

That's interesting... Did you flex your jeep to find out if this was true?

From that kit it it's only the lower control arms. When you go taller you'll need upper control arms for caster, possible front drive shaft if your flexing, flip kit and possible rear swaybar bracket. You could just put taller springs on depending how much adjustment you have on the lower control arms but you'll find yourself needing upper adjustable control arms. Currie makes uppers and I'm sure Rock crawler.
