Default Trailmaster 3.5 lift with front lcas installed IMPRESSIVE

I have a 2013 cherry red JKU and about a week ago I received my lift that I ordered from 4wd.com. I went with the affordable trailmaster 3.5 jk lift with front lcas due to the price, only one review that was obviously authentic and positive, gains estimated and ease of installation. After completing the lift instal and taking her to be aligned I must say.... Less than 480 out the door with the exhaust spacers.. I was nervous. The ride is phenomenal, it handles far better than stock and the gains are crazy. Granted, I AM running stock bumpers and I do still have the stock 31" tires, the jeep looks and performs as great as the AEV DUALSPORT and teraflex kits. After alignment and a couple of weeks worth of romping around and letting it settle, the front gained 4.75 and the rear gained 4.2 inches. I was surprised at how much it retained but I'm not bitching. All the components seem to be sturdy and strong but undo plan on swapping the sway bar end links for quick disconnects and replacing the Procomp shocks with 5100 series shocks. If you're looking to clear 35s or even 37s with minimal trimming and grab an affordable kit that rides well and looks the part check out this lift.

That is a lot of height to be neglecting some key pieces.

It's doing great. Everything has been retorqued and checked and all is well. I will definitely be ordering the rest of the control arms for articulation and all but I am still running little baby 31s so my off road fun is limited. I DID take out on the beach down here at Dauphin Island AL though and it did fine.

I agree and will be ordering the rest of the arms soon but I'm not exactly flexing daily or anything so I'm good for now. I'm surprised at how well this lift rides and handles. It's not dumpy, rough or clumsy feeling at all.

I meant a steering correction setup like the poly one, and adjustable trackbars and rear trackbar bracket.

oh it came with all the brackets and drop pitman arm. Everything drives and wheels fine. It's a really refreshing change too bc my old suspension would bumpstop out when cruising over speed bumps in my neighborhood and this one just sort of jumps right over them. Speeds up to 88 have been fine so far.

Someone didn't do their research about moving the front trackbar and especially not doing a drop pitman on a jeep, especially a JK!

Better look around a little more before you end up in a bind. Drop pitman arms are downright dangerous and guaranteed to destroy your steering box. Just a matter of when.

The poly kit safely and correctly fixes the steering geometry.

You at least need to ditch that pitman and front trackbar bracket and get an adjustable trackbar.

Please tell me that kit came with a axle end bracket for the rear and not a frame end drop.

I hate to bust your chops brother but "good" lifts especially tall ones are expensive for a reason. They are made correctly by people who understand Jeeps aren't steet show trucks.

In my humble opinion, I would never buy a lift from someone that makes anything other than just jeep stuff.

Good luck!

Did the instructions at least tell you to loosen then retighten all the stock CA bolts once the lift is completely done and you are on all four tires?

If you don't do that, you will prematurely destroy the bushings. Especially the front uppers. Quick.
