"Thank you for contacting AEV. Unfortunately our snorkel was designed to work with the factory fender flairs. We have not verified fitment with other companies flairs but I can see where there could be interference issues since most aftermarket fender flairs sit higher on the Jeep to increase tire clearance. The increased height sounds like what is causing your issues. Unfortunately I do not have a solution for this issue other than re-installing the factory fender flairs. I have seen where customers have modified aftermarket fender flairs to work with our snorkel but I would not be able to advise you on what is needed or if the modifications will affect the integrity of your aftermarket fender flair. I would not recommend modifying the snorkel, heating up and changing the form may affect the integrity and cause the snorkel to leak. Modifications to the snorkel will also void the AEV warranty for the snorkel."

It could be better if I was informed that AEV snorkel only for stock fender flares in advance.
I warmed it and changed form of it. After that I installed it without sharp instruments.

As I said it was not difficult to change the form of it a little after warming.
Please also be informed that standard Smittybilt light bracket from snorkel side is also should be modified or changed. I did the following.
1. Short extension bars were made
2. Sandblasting
3. Powder painting
4. Additional bolts were bought
