Default MBRP Stock spare carrier reinforcement kit

I would like to know from those of you who installed the MBRP Offcamber Fabrication spare tire carrier reinforcement kit in their tailgate.
The instruction call for removing the welded on nuts inside the tailgate by rocking them up and down left and right with the supplied bolt.
I am concerned about not being able to remove one or more of the bolts and end up getting stuck in the middle of the install.
I have a 2009 JK unlimited.
Share your model year and your install experience if you have one please.
Thanks,
John

Get a few extra grade 8 of the same size to help you with the install. You will like this reinforcement kit. I used these before I bought the TF hinge and still use them now (I have to, since I removed the welded nuts) and feel like it helped both before and after TF hinge. Better to have 'em and not need 'em than need 'em and not have them, right?

As far as getting stuck in the middle of an install, I don't remember ever seeing anyone posting that occurrence.

I screwed the bolts in and I used a mallet to tap the bolt in all 4 directions and that helped break the nuts a lot faster and easier. You may break a bolt so you may want to buy some additional bolts but I was able to get all of mine off without additional hardware. Just remember to tap the bolts up, then down, then side to side, they will break. Still have mine installed behind my Poison Spyder tramp stamp after I got my Rancho rear bumper and tire carrier so it wasn't a big deal to use them after losing the factory nuts. Others have used silicone to sort of lock them in place after they buy rear carriers and don't use them to hold the factory tire carrier so don't stress breaking the factory nuts off.
