Default Rough Country 3.5" II kit

Nice kit, everything fit perfectly into place without any problems. Did it in an afternoon in the driveway. Rides smooth, didn't lose any drivability. Haven't aligned it yet, but I can let go of the wheel and it tracks straight. I will have it done by the weekend. Doesn't seem there is much to adjust at this point though.

I have the same kit and have the same feelings about it. Only thing they can fix with alignment is toe but I would get it checked. Toe will eat tires if not set right. I know most bag in the RC kits. It's nice to see another satisfied customer. I love mine and haven't had any issues in the 26k miles it's been on my Jeep.

I installed a 2.5" on my 2011 2 door never had a problem. When I traded it in on a 2013 JKUR I decide to go with the sane lift. Working on it right now. Boy the Pitman arm is a pain in the a$$ to get off.

The only issues I had with rough country are there shocks, I blew out 4 of them with street driving and there customer service has been anything but helpful in getting my issue resolved. I used a gear puller to pop the pitman arm off, made it so much easier.

I think their new shocks are much better, or so I've read. Supposedly the n2.0 shocks are much better.

I used the pitman arm to start with. Just couldn't keep it tight. Impact the crap out of it and a few months later its loose. Even replaced it once. Same thing. I just finished putting on a Rubicon Express high steer kit. With the stock arm. Hope this helps. If you have less than 4" lift I wouldn't do the arm.

From what I have seen they are just as bad as the old ones. They blow out pretty easy.

Mine have been on for almost 2 years and 26k miles. No problems with mine. Do you have actual experience with the product, or are you just basing your opinion on internet chatter?

Personal experience. I have never seen a brand of shock leak like the rough country do and have seen several 2.0 leakers come thru my shop. The funny thing is that they ride so bad new that people don't even notice the ride change when they are leaking.
