Default New 2014 JKU sahara.. tire question

First off great forum here.. and if I posted in wrong place I apologize...

Just picked up my first jeep... a 2014 sahara unlimited.... I am loving it so far... it's got some sweet options and is a little fancier than the sport I had my eye on (wife upped for the extras!!)

anyway I'm having a hard time resisting the urge to modify... I have a lifted frontier and have always done mods to all my vehicles.. however... this is a work vehicle and will be primarily a DD on highway etc... will see some mud and snow but really no wheeling by most standards...

So that said... can I fit 33s without a lift and use stock wheels (maybe)... also what kind of mileage decrease and ride comfort decrease am I looking at?... I really just want to add the 33s and some spacers and be done... don't want to affect ride or stock components. ..

Thanks for the tips...
