Default Quadratec just lost a sale

Called three different times today. I was on hold for at least 15 minutes each time before I hung up and ordered from someone else.

If you're that busy, you need to hire more people or it will cost you more in lost sales that salaries!

BTW, Northridge 4x4 answered on the first ring.

They were assisting other callers, They must a been busy. They are best around, They helped me alot with exchanging winch's recently, A+ for Quadratec.

Quadratec also has live chat. I've never waited very long to get someone to help me on that. I love Quadratec- but then again, Northridge isn't a bad 2nd choice.

Way better than 4wd who takes orders on parts they don't even have and then you wait months for them to actually deliver. Each and every time I order from them, something is back ordered for months! Been waiting six weeks now for a Poison Spyder hood louvers! I Will never order from 4wd again. Finally learned my lesson. Never had an issue with qtech.

I also want to add that Quadratec has extremely fast shipping, Maybe because i live close to them, i dont know, but i order something from them and i get it in 3 days or less, standard shipping.

That is strange, I have ordered many, many things from them and have yet to have a significant issue. The one and only time there was a problem I was on the phone with them for only short time and they were very accommodating and wanted to everything they could to ensure I was happy.

Quadratec has always been good with me, great customer service and fast standard shipping (I'm near Boston)

Maybe they're having an issue today. I was trying to reach them and couldn't just a little while ago. No answer on the phone or live chat.
