just not understanding the instructions, for the spindle install…what goes on in what order ? the timkin seal goes on at the top or bottom of spindle and which way does it go on? does it go on the spindle or in the round housing at the end of the tire swing piece? do the bearings go on the spindle or in the round housing of the tire carrier? i was gonna call PSC but i have to wait til morning
