Default Need help!! Stock rear axle issues...

Hello everyone! First off, thanks for taking the time to read this..

Here's the problem:

About 3-4 months ago I developed a squeeking sound that I couldn't get to go away. It was coming from the rear so I did the usual thing and checked the brake pads. They were about dead so I changed them and figured that was the problem. It wasn't. After doing some reading I came to the conclusion that I had a bent an axle flange. Sure enough , took it to the dealership and it was 2 bent axle flanges. They hooked me up and covered it under warranty.

That's been about a month or 2 ago. Now the squeeking is back and I can see the tire doing a wobble on the driver side... The thing is that I haven't heard of it being THIS BIG of a problem... I know my setup is pretty hard on the axle but I know of others with similar setup that haven't had an issue and wheel a lot harder than me.. But anyways here's my setup

Pro comp 17x9 rims
37x12.50 nitto trail graps
1.5" spydertrax wheel spacers

Offroad evo bolt on coilovers

Smittybilt bumpers , warn, etc (shouldn't play into my problems)

If it is that my setup is just too much for the axles, what would you suggest as far as rear upgraded axles go?

Thanks !

Ten Factory and G2 are popular, same specs and warranty, but you may find G2 cheaper. 30 vs 35 spline will be a choice also, unless you already have a 30 spline locker in there.

Then 32 spline it is. Both of those mfg's carry them.

You have bent three sets of stock rear shafts, and still need to ask that question? On the plus side, you'll have plenty of trail spares if you keep getting them warrantied instead of going aftermarket.

Haha no, this will be the second set. I'll be going aftermarket this time. I just couldn't believe that these factory axles suck that bad..

D44's are not that big really. Did you strengthen yours up or bone stock?

I researched the 30 spline rear shafts before buying, so can only assume that the information would be applicable to rubi shafts. But, I narrowed it down to those two mfg's based on cost, warranty, and reviews. Ended up with Ten Factory just because the G2's were on national backorder at the time and I didn't want to wait a month or more.

Here is what I found at that time:
AlloyUSA - 4140 or 4340 - it was unclear, 10 year - coverage was unclear, dual/triple drilled - unclear
Yukon - 4340, triple drilled, lifetime against defects, you have to cut to fit your application
Nitro - 4130, triple drilled, 5 year if broken, void if bent/twisted/worn
TenFactory - 4140, dual drilled, 10 year bent flanges included
G2 - 4140, dual drilled, 10 year bent flanges included (some posts indicate that g2 buys tenfactory shafts and re-labels when they run out of their own shafts)
