Fuel Rail Not Getting Fuel
I am trying to get my rig started back up and I can not seem to get fuel into the fuel rail. I have a rci tank with an aftermarket pump. I tapped into the lines by the t-case, so from the tcase area up it is stock lines. I traced gas all the way up to these lines, but have the quick disconnect disconnected on the left fuel rail ( when in front of jeep looking over engine) and when cycling the fuel pump and cant seem to get fuel to come out. Is there some kind of valve or electronic that I dont know about that would stop flow?

ok i got fuel up there finally, but now it doesnt turn over, just this noise. i have tried pulling the fuse to reset the starter and tried starting in neutral also. All the same noise. Im leaning towards battery, but cant get one till tomorrow. I hooked up a charger and it charged up then took it off and a few hours later it was down to 11 volts already. When it said it was fully charged it was the same noise , but asfter about a second or 2 it started dying right back down...Any input before i can test the battery option tomorrow?

i was gonna say if the fuel rail isn't getting fuel then you've either got a pump problem or fuel line restriction.
its hard to tell from your video, but it sounds like the starter or bendix is spinning but the motor isn't.
you say you think it could be the battery - whats the battery voltage ?
