they arent PSC. those looked to be angled up and look more aggressive than the PSC crusher flares.

This pic makes me think they aren't PSC though. Like jmatta33 said doesn't appear to be much of an angle.

I recognize the blue rig from other pics. Those are smittybilt's new fender flares( I don't think they are available yet.)

those were smittybilt sema fenders I do believe
