Default 33,s with stock suspension?

will 33, s fit on my 2010 jk with no problems?

on stock rims you will rub when off road even with proper back spacing you will rub off road. If just driving to the mall you most likely will be fine. width of the tire also comes into play 33's could be 10" or up to 13.5" wide so...............

normally 33's and big ass are not used in the same sentence unless you say something like I am replacing my 33's with some big ass 37's lol.

This is a good link to look at, too. I'm looking to do the same thing you are, pretty soon. It goes into using stock & after market wheels and no lift, and very little lift, plus it has photos of JKs modified that way. I'm going to get wheels with 4.5" backspacing & run some 285/70R/17 or 285/75R/17 tires, then probably go with Bushwacker flat fender flares.
