Default Passenger Seat Will not tilt forward in my 2007 JK 2 door

I have a problem with my Jeeps Passenger seat it will not tilt forward to let people get into the back seat this is really annoying because everyone has to climb into the back seat. I first though the problem was the pin was out of place as I read on another forum after looking at my seat I realized the pin was right where it was suppose to be. I don't want to take it to the dealer because I have put so much money into the exterior and the engine that I am starting to run low on money. Also the seats are in great shape so the last thing I want to do is replace them. Does anyone have any idea what is going on with the seat and or how to fix it?

does the driver seat still tilt forward? they can always use that side for now

cant hurt to check your local scrap yard for a jeep with the same color seat, just swap them your non tilting one and some cash for their tilting one.

Like the driver side ?
The earlier jk won't "fold and tumble" like earlier TJ's and I believe later modal JK's.
Only slide forward like the driver side.

The back of the seat should tilt forward but the base will only slide. It's not meant to work like the rear seat does. It's a pain as it's a tight squeeze but nothing much to do about it.

Not on my 2 door 07. I just checked under the passenger seat and there's nothing under there that would even suggest that it might tilt. Two sliding track bars on two bolted brackets. The base of that seat ain't going nowhere except back and forth.
