Default EBAY rear bumper tire carriers. Any difference between E-autogrille,spider , or KO ?

I know they are all made in china but is one better made then the other ?
The Spider is going for $475 , e-auto for $515 and the KO for $550 . I hear the swivels and latches are different quality

I have the E-Auto Grille. Front and rear bumper with tire carrier.
Fits nice no rattles. It did have some over spray in side the pivot bushing.
My pivot doesn't have the two bolts that the pic above has.

I cleaned it out with a brush.
Friends marvel at the similarity to XRC for 1/2 the price.
