Default Removing hardtop with base roof rack?

I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport and am now researching roof racks for carrying 1 canoe and 1 kayak (frame mount preferred and retain factory rear bumper). I would also like to be able to remove and install the hardtop with a winch type self-removal system. Wondering if anyone has been able to solve this challenge. Thank you.

If I had a 4-door I'd grab the MBRP roof rack. Since it attaches to the hardtop itself, easy pulling off the hardtop/rack at once. All the other racks, then it becomes a 2-3 step process. Pain in the A$$.

Otherwise you're looking at the Gobi Rack, bunch of others...

Thanks for the reply, but I don't think I want to attach the rack to the hard top.

Yep, I have the MBRP and is performing very well and is extremely strong. The hard-top weighs more to take of by hand but easy to lift of with hook blok.

Default Barricade

Look into the Barricade Roof Rack with 4 cross bars at extremeterrian.com
