Cargo hitch and tire mount bike rack?

Default Cargo hitch and tire mount bike rack?

Anyone tried the combination of tire mounted bike rack holding one bike and a cargo hitch with a med load? Do the bike hang low causing blockage load on hitch?

You would want to add a hitch extension at least.

. Actually, this is a harbor freight hitch splitter with a hitch rack in the top and a cargo carrier in the bottom. Not sure if tgat helos or not
