OME Nitrochargers with stock springs
I'm currently driving a stock JKU Sport with long term plans to put the 2.5" Metal Cloak lift on it. In hopes of drawing the cost out across multiple payments I was considering buying the shocks in advance and then the Dual Rate kit later. I'm curious, if I get the OME Nitrocharger Sports now, could I put them on with stock springs or will that be too much oomph? Will it affect my drive (in a bad way) or should I wait and do it all at the same time?
Thanks for any experience and wisdom you have to offer!

Long shocks with short coils. The shocks will always be compressed, and may bottom out on bumps, possibly blowing them out. If that is a concern, add taller bumpstops to prevent it. And when flexed, the long shocks may give enough room for the short coils to drop out.
If you go with taller bumpstops, you won't have much room between the upper and lower stops, possibly smacking and riding on the bumpstops when hitting bumps. If that is a concern, add taller coils or spacers.
And with taller coils or spacers ...
I'll vote for waiting and doing matching coils/shocks at the same time. It will be lot less hassle.

Thanks again.
You can do it in reverse order and purchase the MC 2.5 kit with no shocks. I believe the kit comes with adapters for the stock shocks. Let your wallet recover and then spring for the longer shocks after. I know it's expensive in that order but at the end of the day you are going to spend the same amount.
