Both about the same time and process.

The rear are slightly easier since you don't need to drop any skid plates.

Ok wish me luck, I'm not sure about the order of things such as when to loosen what and when to jack the axl but I guess I'll fig it out. I wish there was a good online video series for instruction.

I founds this but everybody is saying he's doing it wrong in the comments

It is easy. Just take your time and make sure you get as much droop as possible without screwing up your abs and brake lines.

Hit the back arrow a few times until you get to the main forum screen, scroll up a bit to the Write-Ups area, at the top will be an index. One of the sections is Suspension & Steering. Links are probably still broken, so just scroll down to the write-ups. Open a few and see which one you like, doesn't really matter which one as they all use the same basic steps.

And there is pretty much always someone on here for a quick reply when you get stuck on something, or just want clarification on the way to do something.

crapola, Ive already run into an issue with getting the Jeep raised onto the stands. I have a 3 ton floor jack with about 18 inches of lift and I'm raising the Jeep high enough from the back differential part of the axle, but the 3 ton jack stands when I lower the vehicle just arent high enough off the ground to hold the tires off the ground. Do I need taller jack stands? It seems this has always been an issue no matter what Jeep I have owned. I must be doing something wrong. I'm putting the stands right behind what I think are the control arms on the chassie.

Jack it up, remove the wheels then lower it on the jack stands. Use the floor jack under the axle to control how far you droop the axle.

You need a set of six ton jack stands.
