the only way to tell otherwise would be if some the orginal paint coating still showed or if they stamped the manufacture year on them and it was visible in the photo....but ya for 165 bucks, much better off with a new high lift, its one of the few products still built to the good old days specs for durability these days.
edit I take it back, the handle length places it as a '63 model year. the 50 had a shorter handle. although 63-2013 would be 50 years so still an antique design. but may have been made within the last 50 years, definitely not worth 165 either way.
