Default First accident.

Hey everyone, I am new to the forum and have some questions. I absolutely love my JK! And I just had my first ever accident. Right now I'm waiting to hear about the damage. The impact caused the driver side front bumper (stock) to be pushed in and the driver side fender flare popped right off. The quarter panel is also dented in. That damage I'm not too worried about, it's the possible damage to the front axle, diff housing (looks like it's leaking), shock, frame etc. I have some photos I'm going to post and maybe, if anybody can see anything and let me know that be awesome. Really bummed out about this.

Your axle appears to have taken a pretty hard impact. Brackets are obviously bent...these can be replaced with heavy duty aftermarket parts but if insurance is involved you will probably get a new axle assembly and maybe even a new frame....depending on what all they find don't be surprised if they total it.

Thanks for the response. I really hope it only needs the axle assembly. And you're right it is going to be handled by insurance. I have know idea what will happen if they total it out. Hope I get to keep my wheels and tires for a possible new/used JK.
