I read about many bad dealer experiences in this forum, so thought I'd let you know about a great dealer experience. I was going to buy a new '14 Rubicon now that dealers are offering pretty good discounts, but decided to look at a used '13 Rubicon at Fields. It had only 1100 miles, looked like new, and was optioned just the way I would have optioned it if I had ordered it. The salesman (Shawn - spelling?) was great to work with, not pushy at all, as was Mike the used Jeep manager. After a little discussion, they gave me a fair trade-in value on my high mileage '13 Sport, and gave me a great price on the '13 Rubicon. I'm Scottish, so tight with the coin, and do my research on Jeep values. I've owned Jeeps for 40 years, and this is the first time I ever left a dealership without any buyers remorse and thinking I got a deal.
