Before I bought my shocks and bump stops from Fox, I contacted Rock Krawler by phone and had a chat with them on recommended sizes. They suggested the 4-6" lift shock, which I bought, and said I'll be fine with the 2.5 inch air bump, which I bought.
As you can see... my set up ended up being far from fine. My shock bottoms out before my bump stop even touches, let alone compresses. Whats the easiest fix for this problem? 2-4" lift fox shocks? Raise the bump stop strike pad somehow (pucks?). 4" bump stops... I rather this be the last option as they ae very expensive.

I'd try adding pucks first. Cheapest and easiest option. I'd think the shorter shocks would limit your down travel too much.

Can you not slide the bump stop down further in the bracket? Looks as if you have an inch or so from the top side. Also like already stated try adding a puck or something on the bottom coil pad.

It seems that the travel on the bumps and shocks are really close to even so I don't think the extra bumps are the way to go here. Your going to be sitting on the bumpstops. Or close to it. Even sliding the tube down will leave you in the same position. To be honest this may not work together, but I think it will, (another but) but there's still a bit of work to be done to make it work. Measuring shock length and cycling the suspension without the shocks would be first. Then decide where you need to be riding in your shocks midsection. I think you have a mounting issue, which would make the equipment you have here more than just bolt on. The shocks upper mounts could be moved up. This maybe more than you want to do so replacing the shocks with the 2.5-4's may be the move.

Drill a 1/2" hole in a hockey puck and then strike pad. Install a bolt with washers and a lock nut.

I think you should look at raising the upper shock mount and/or lowering the lower shock mount. I wouldn't increase your bumpstops unless it's for tire clearance.
