Default Does anybody here have stock SPRINGS on the back of your jk?

If so do you know what the measurement in height of the springs is while on your veeehickle?

Or can you just do a quik measurement for me purty please?

mine measures 18" from eye to eye. I also have a very heavy rear bumper.

edit- sorry i misread. that is for the shocks

id give you my spring measurements but they may not be the best for you. I have a heavy rear bumper and my springs are sagging

right now I have the 53aa springs on my Jeep and tomorrow im going to switch it out for the 59aa's. Just wanted to know the difference in height its going to give me. I'm also trying to fig out if I need to rent the spring compressors.

2 door or 4 door? If it's a 2 door you may see over an inch in height difference.

You definitely don't need spring compressors. Just undo one side of each shock and the axle should be able to droop enough to swap the coils. Make sure to watch your brake lines and abs line.

4 dr.

Also, I see that when I put pucks in about a month ago, the rear springs are kinda sitting at an angle. Are they suppsoed to be straight up or somewhat slanted?

no spring compressors needed. the springs will generally be canted somewhat. You will bet 1-1.5" most likely rule of thumb has been 1/4" of less per number increase. I went from 58 rear to 60 rear and was about 1/2".
