Rock krawler througj notthridge arms over a month now.
Ordered the rest of my RK arms through rock KRAWLER on 8/9 and still havnt shipped. Advised should be soon. Is rk Alwaus that slow?
Northridge is alway quick to ship if they have the products in stock as they have 3 warehouses. If there coming directly from rock krawler then they must be out of stock and having a supply issue.
I ordered my RK front uppers about 3 weeks ago, and they are enroute via UPS right now. Took a ridiculous amount of time. Still faster than Shrockworks, lol!
I just replaced a rear lower arm and it took about 3 days. Went through Offroad Elements. Maybe it depends on what arms you are getting as I would suspect that front lowers are in higher demand due to a lot of their basic kits including them.

Guys,
This certainly is not Northridge's fault. It is our issue. Our growth rate this year combined with the volumes of the new Pro Series Krawler Joints threw off all of our forecasting by alot. We have reforcasted the parts, but it takes time for the pipeline to fill back up. It is almost funny, that we moved into a new facility a year and a half ago thinking we would have enough space to continue on our growth path, however, that is not the case. We are already putting an addition on the facility to more than double the assembly area as that is where we need the space.
We apologize for the issue. We are very grateful for the business and it is up to us to fix it. This is a major draw back to manufacturing most of your own products in house. As things grow, you have to grow your equipment, space, and work force. Unfortunately that takes time. Again, we apologize for any slow shipping. We will not forget about any customer ever and are doing everything we can at this time...
