07 gas milage

I'm running 35's on my 07 4 door and I'm getting 13.6 mpg. Is there anything I can do to Increase my mpg.

I generally get around the same on my 07 Unlimited with a 2" lift and 33's around town. More on the highway, less if lots of stop and go.

I've have an 07 Unlimited and seem to average between 11 - 14 on my best case. I run 37" tires and 3.5" lift.
