Default Do I Need Different Bump Stops for 1.5" Front Coil Spacer Lift?

2014 JK with the spare tire removed, bushwacker flares and 35" tires.

The rear is about 1.5" higher than the front with the spare removed and I want to level it out. Got the 1.5" spacers that I'll be installing (front only) and I can't find anywhere if I should leave the factory bump stops or change them out.

Also, will the factory brake lines be okay with just a 1.5" lift in the front?

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Thanks ahead of time!

Think your bump stops should be ok unless there are simply worn out.. but new and slightly extended stops might suit this.. I tend to think if one lifts more than 2 inches.. the stops need to be added..

As for the brake lines.. I would do it.. but it just depend on the shocks.. seems the Skyjackers on our jeep stress the lien when the jeep is lifted.. thus new relocation brackets are going to be installed shortly.. yet this is just for the rear.. didn't notice any stressing on the front lines..

You going to wheel this thing or stick to roads?

Nothing too crazy, but I don't want to be worrying about it either.

Coil height really has nothing to do with bump stops. They are needed due to tire rub on the fenders and compressed shock length.

^^^ What he said

Unless you are concerned about over compressing a cheap spring. I have seen three RC springs sag the morning after lots of flex.

If you're on stock length shocks there's no need to extend brake lines if only installing a spring spacer. If the tires aren't rubbing at flex you don't need to extend the bump stops either.
