Default Raceline beadlock rims

So I bought a set of Raceline Monster bead lock rims for my 2008 JKUR. 17x9.5 5x5 bolt pattern with 4.00 backspace. I plan on putting 37x12.5 r17 Goodyear MTRs on the rims . I am new to bead lock rims so is there anything I need to know to mount the tires on the rims or the rims on my jeep? My jeep has a 4 in lift ,35in tires & has been sleeved ,gusseted, & trussed in the front & trussed in the rear. I also did Ten Factory chrome molly shafts front & rear with 4.88 gears. One thing I know I need is taller bump stops , but how tall? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time Ed

MTRs are directional, so make sure you put them on the wheels the right way. You don't want to get one bolted up only to find it's backwards.

Bump stop depends on your suspension setup and fender clearance. The only way to know for sure is to cycle the suspension with the tires on. If you have flat fenders, you'll probably need 3" front and 2"-3" rear.

I have the same tires with 3.5" back space wheels. I rub my frame in the front and the grill.

FYI, I don't know what your plan is for balancing but I have 37" MTRs with Method beadlocks. Beads worked very well for balancing.

Sounds silly but don't forget to put your valve stem in before you start... As for bump stops it depends if your running stockers or flats/cut. If you are running flats I would say 3 inch bump stop, if you running stock flares probably 4 inch (Im not sure because one my first mod was flats).

I have Ace flat fenders. Will the stock TPS work with these rims?

Dump the TPS or reset it to a lower pressure. If you contact Raceline they will inform you not to fill the tire up to 33PSI due to possibly blowing the beadlock. Guess they have had some people not deflate prior to going off road, still go fast and BOOM, bead retainer bolts are blown. Most people run their 37's between 25 and 30PSI.

Enjoy the new Racelines, awesome product.

I'm interested in how it works out with your racelines. Please post pics and your experience when you are all done if you don't mind.

they are not directional. They are asymmetrical. There is an inside and an outside but you once you have the tire mounted correctly, that wheel can go on either side of the vehicle.

Hit the tires with a clear coat or get them clear coat powder coated.
Follow the install instructions.
Get a 5 gallon bucket and soapy water to mount them.
I still run TPS on them.
