Question 2" Rancho lift, 16" Pro Comp wheels, and 315/75R16 DuraTracs - will this combo work?

Hi guys, just bought a '11 JKU Sahara with 6-spd manual and am upgrading the look. Spend 95% of time on road, 5% light off-roading and camping.

Thinking about this combo:
  • Rancho 2 Inch Sport Lift Kit with RS9000XL Shocks RS66109BR9
  • Pro Comp 7069-6873 flat black 16x8 wheels (4" back spacing)
  • Goodyear DuraTrac LT315/75R16 tires (34.6" dia, 12.3" wide)

Would appreciate opinions before I pull the trigger. Will I need additional wheel spacers with the 4" back spacing? Should I expect any rubbing with the stock fenders / sway bars?

Also, will any mods be necessary to the rear wheel mount?

Thanks!
Ron
