Default Beefing up stock Rubicon axles

I've searched and find a lot about sleaving front axle and gussets for knuckles. Also external gussets of entire front axle. I have a welder but like the idea of the Nitro non welded sleeves, how are those holding up with the guys who have out some use to them? Which is the better way to go? What other issues do the Rubi 44's have? What's being done to the rear?
Still learning

I think the general consensus is, the truss is a bit stronger, but also comes at the price of more work, and possibly clearance issues.

For the rear, I've read more guys sleeve/and or install chromoly axles.

If you are comfortable welding a truss, that is probably the way to go. If you don't want to chance warping the housing, and don't want to drill a bunch of holes for weld-in sleeves, the hammer-in's are relatively cheap, are getting decent reviews, and won't limit you to 30 spline shafts if you ever choose to install an arb.

For the rear, bent axle flanges is what I see the most. Wouldn't hurt to truss or sleeve or whatever, but the front is the bigger issue.

ARTEC AXLE ARMOR is what I am going to go with, or replace the housing with a new G2 CORE axle housing. Does anyone know a reputable and experienced 4wd shop in the Sacramento area that does these trusses? oh and one other thing I have the posting thing down obviously, but how exactly do you start your own thread??

Yeah go with a truss. The Nitro sleeves are not always straight forward to pound in if your axle is slightly off, and know a few jeepers that had to cut off and grind remaining sleeve that would not go in all the way. The truss looks meaner.

Artec truss, Artec raised track bar mounts front and rear, Artec control arm skids, PureJeep c gussets, Teraflex HD ball joints, flipped drag link. Currently on 35s but going 37s by the end of the year.
