Default New wheels needed for lift kit?

Howdy Y'all,
Does anyone know if I'll need wheel spacers for a 2.5" standard coil lift kit from Rubicon Express for my 2013 2DR Rubicon? PART # REM7121M. I have standard stock wheels on right now but a slightly larger tire size, 33's. Also, I was going to buy and install some new extended brake lines for the kit but the rep at 4 wheel parts said it would be a waste of money and actually only get in the way. Has anyone else installed this lift kit and used OEM wheels? Post pics if you got em!
Thanks,
-Andrew

The only thing I can think of is the rear sway bar links might hit the stock rims.

Depending on the width of your tires you may want to run some Wheel Spacers or Wheels with less back spacing. You can move the brake line mounts to give you a little more slack instead of changing the lines out for longer ones. Let me know if you'd like a quote on anything or if you have questions!

I believe they are 295/70/17.

not sure I fully understand the post but if you are running that tire and wheel on stock suspension today, why would you have issues when lifting? Would have more clearance, not less. Surprised those tires on stock rims and stock suspension dont rub right now, at least in the front air dam at full lock at minimum.

Oh no, they are rubbing ha ha. But I think its just the fenders that are being rubbed and only when I go over hard bumps. I'm asking because the Teraflex (even for a 2.5" lift) lift kits require back spacing wheels after install.

If you already know the lift requires backspacing then I'm not sure why you are asking. New rims with proper backspacing or wheel spacers are your options.

No, I don't know. I'm not going with Teraflex for that reason. I'm going with a Rubicon Express kit to try and avoid this. I'd rather not buy new tires and wheels since the ones on there now are brand new (just bought this one used and it came with these). I called Rubicon Express and they said it shouldn't be a problem but I do heavy research in just about everything I do. Picky like that I suppose.

you might be rubbing in the fenders but I doubt it, more than likely the front air dam. Unless you are almost fully compressing your suspension I cant see your tires bottoming out in your fender. Maybe even in the rear on the sway bar.

Just get the spidertrax 1.5" wheel spacers and call it day. Rubbing problems will be gone and regardless, they will give you a wider track, it'll look better and should be a lil less tippy in the corners with a wider stance and your tires.

I'll look into that I heard wheel spacers get a bad rep and was trying to keep the cost down. It might be some of those things you brought up but I know its the fenders because you can see were it has rubbed. A small light trench dug out of the bottoms. Aye aye aye, my wife tells me I worry to much.
