Default Will new rear coils cause problems?

About 3 years ago I put a RE 3.5 super flex lift on my 2dr JK. When I did, I messed up with some bolts and long story short, i took a big gouge out of one of my rear coil springs. I check it every now and then, and it looks ok, but now it's starting to rust out pretty bad. I decided to replace them, but don't know if I should just replace the rear ones, or if the fronts may have sagged over time and I would come out with a pretty bad rake on the jeep. Longs story short, will just replacing the rear coils cause any problems?

Maybe it was a dumb question to ask. Either way, in case somebody else was worried about the same thing, i replaced just the rears a couple weeks ago. The old ones hadn't sagged at all, and the jeep still sits perfectly level!
