Default Sluggish

So, I have an 07 jk with 56000 miles on it. Back in the spring, it was running very sluggish. Could barely make it uphill. Heard some bucking when trying to give it gas. Come to find out, the catalytic converter had to get replaced. So it was replaced free of charge from a jeep dealership. Now it appears to be running sluggish again? I'm not much of a mechanic, but do these motors have more than 1 cat converter?

they have 2 one on each exhaust bank. they should ideally be replaced together.

Put the jeep in neutral. push the gas and hold it steady at 3000-3500rpm. If the rpms drop without you moving your foot, your fuel pump is probably getting weak and not supplying enough pressure.

X2 on this. Many of the 07's burn oil, and you know where it ends up. Cut the old cat in half and take a look inside.
