Questions about installing rest of rk arms when flex all ready installed.
I all ready have the 2.5 flex kit which includes front track bar, front lower control arms, front steel brake lines, rear TB bracket and old style springs. When I initially installed those components my jeep wasn't heavy and I had the caster and toe perfect. After bumpers and skid plate sit seemed to have change my caster for the handling is no as good. I bought the rear control arms, rear track bar, front upper track bar and spring wedges. I extended my breather hoses and relocated the rear brake lines to make them longer, installed bump stops and exhaust spacer. I have always been a bit confused on best way to use lock nuts and self alignment and pinion angle. Now my questions.
General
Is a shop alignment needed or is it to double check. Only shop in my area that will align and adjust control arms is 4 wheel parts and they want 250.00 plus more if needed based on shop time. Last time my caster and toe I did myself and had alignment shop center stearing wheel and check specs and they were spot on.
Front
1. Should I start as if installing all arms with loosening all the bolts on the existing arms while in the air?
Here is my thought process. Set arms to recommended length install jacked up put back on ground and tighten the bolts holding arms on. Check my caster then make final adjustments. Make final adjustments by Dropping front of control arms and add lock tight and bubby tight front lock nuts. Does that sound like solid plan for front?
2. What does the upper control arms effect and adjusting front upper control arms effect? Not sure what adjusting these I should be measuring. I am thinking it effects the pinion angle.
3. I never measured pinion angle before. What is best way to do this and what do I adjust to change angle.
Rear
1. I would imagine same questions as front.
2. Will my stock break lines relocated to make longer be good to go?
Anything I am not thinking about?
Recommended procedure for adjusting and final locking down of jam nuts?
Thank you. Doug.

You live in area. Send me pm and we will hook up. Northridge does alignment same way I didn't by taking measurements. Think I am going to align myself and take it to less Schwab and double check. They have 30 days of free aliens so if it needs adjusting I will do it myself and take it in for double check. Hit me up.
Apparently the forum doesnt like your account, says you have to many pm's can cant get any more, lol.
Let me know when you do the alignment i would like to learn that, (always down to help turn a wrench) doesn't seem hard from forums but its one thing to read about it. Shoot me a pm with ur number. We run two trails a month most of the time.
