Default No drill rear door folding tray/MOLLE panel

I just installed my Springtail Solutions rear door folding tray/MOLLE panel. Nicely built piece of kit with good instructions. I was especially happy to know that it was no drill so is completely reversible. Total install time less than 20 minutes. No drilling! I bought the kit that comes with 2 MOLLE bags. It's rated to 30Lbs so will be holding my first aid and survival kits.

Tray Closed:

Now I just need to get a good first aid kit for one bag and start building a survival kit for the other. Feel free to give suggestions...

Anyone else use them? I'm thinking of adding the drivers and passenger side racks but don't know if they will clear the slush mat.

Does the table feel solid? Another in the same price range that a neighbor has just feels to flimsy to hold the claimed weight. I dig the Springtail but need something that can take a bit of abuse.

As for first aid kits (not sure of your ability/training) but I suggest taking a CPR certification and a first aid class then just build the kit from what you learn.

The table seemed solid enough to me. I had my toolbox on it at one point and I'm pretty sure it was over 30lbs. I am CPR & First Aid certified and my wife is a RN, I'm just being lazy and hoping there is an pretty good already built kit out there.

Drove 35 miles to work today over some rough road and never heard a rattle. It includes weather stripping to reduce rattle.

In the last part of the install you remove the plastic panel covering the wire channel in the rear door. The kit came with these expanding plastic inserts for the existing horizontal holes in the door. Insert expander, lift up tray, screw standard screw into expander. Here's the install vid which explains it better than I can. The relevant part is at about 6:07 Edited to add that while the video shows only 2 on the bottom, the directions I got had 4 on the bottom.

Just installed my Springtail Solutions JK MOLLE panel and folding table and I'm loving it! (My fiancé hooked me up for Christmas) I can't wait to mount some tools on this bad boy and of course have some extra space for tailgating this summer.

To answer one of the previous questions: it doesn't rattle at all. They use weather proofing strips and the panel is mounted firmly (so it should stay rattle free).
