Default Economical Fix for sloppy Jk tailgate Hinges

I have an 07 2DR Jk. The tailgate hinges have been sloppy for sometime now and every bump results in a loud bang as the hinges move in their mounts under the weight of the spare tire (33"). I've hunted for a while and thought about the alumnium Teraflex replacement piece for the hinges but I can't get past the $600+ cost. I've looked around for OEM replacement hinges and they all end up running $300+ with shipping etc. I've looked at replacing the pins/brass bushings but finding the right fit was always a pain.

They I ran across this one night while mindlessly surfying the interwebs. http://www.doorhingepin.com/IMAGES/JKTP-complete.jpg
$60.00 to the door.

This is what comes in the package

Old hinges

Hinge with the new bolts/bushings.

The tailgate is smooth now, no slop. I have no idea how long they will last but for $60 and an hour or so of my time I'm very happy.

I put these on my 08 a few years ago - got rid of the slop I had developed after running a 35 on my stock gate for 3 years and about 80k miles
