Question help with axle/gear/locker bid

I got a bid to upgrade a few things on my 2008 "X" when I get my lift. I think it's a fair deal, but before I spend thousands of dollars, I'd like some input from some total strangers who live hundreds or even thosands of miles away. Yes, that's you.

Please let me know what you think. Thanks.

Jeep Rubicon Front Axle with 5.13 gears installed 1,700.00
LHM Jeep Rubicon Rear Electric Locker 575.00
LHM 32 Spline Rubicon Rear Axle Shafts 420.00
Superior Jeep JK Rubicon Dana 44 5.13 Ring and Pinion 200.00
Superior Jeep JK Master Bearing and Install Kit 100.00
Labor to install 5.13 gears and electric locker in JK rear axle housing 200.00
Supplies Wire, loom , switches, etc. to wire lockers in your Jeep 50.00
Labor to wire switches 50.00
No extra labor to install these axles when you are installing a lift kit

Damn - sounds like by the time you're done paying for all that, you could have just gotten a Rubicon....and that would have gotten you the lower range t-case too.
