Default Rim width question

The Irok 36x13.5/17 says it requires a 17x10 inch rim. I have 17x9 rims. Would this tire mount on my rims, and if it will am I going to have a lot of problems with it??

Off road, it would be fine. On road, it would a little bit more squirrelly...not enough to worry about.

There's people running 13.5 widths on 7" and 8" rims, and doing OK.

You have 9"....certainly close enough....and closer than the guys with 7", etc.

Besides, I think Interco's site just lists the rim size that the section width and so for was measured on....the measurement rim, not the minimum rim size.

For example, look at the other tires in the chart...one Tire might be an inch narrower, but list a Rim the same, or 2" a narrower rim, etc.

Enjoy!
