Default Front drive shaft for a hemi

Hi,

I have 2012 JK8 with a hemi 6.4. I bought it used so I am discovering new things as I use it. The first thing is the front driveshaft which is broken. It has a Dynatrac Dana 44 front. I need the advice of my friends here about what new driveshaft should I install. I buy regularly from quadratec and have them shipped to my country Oman. They just carry Tom woods and JE Reel. Should I go with the 1310 or 1350. I have 37 inch tires on it.

I would appreciate any help that you guys can extend

thanks

What's on it now? I'm not a fan of changing the pinion yoke unless really necessary and in which case, it should be done right by measuring pinion preload.

Does the JE Reel require to change the pinion yoke?

It's hard to believe that it still had the stock driveshaft in it. You mean after a major change like Dynatrac 44 front and new engine, the stock front shaft was in it ? I can't believe it would fit. I guess that's why it's broken.

When you get a new shaft, just get it with the flange adapter for the axle side. Then you don't have to worry about swapping the pinion yoke. T-case side will need a new yoke, but that is an easy swap.

I think they all do. If not, get one from one of the other makers. Nothing special.
