Default Tire rub after Synergy lower control arms installed

Just finished installing Synergy adjustable lower control arms on 2013 JKUR. This fixed the wandering at highway speeds but now my tires are rubbing on the control arms with sharp turns. I had no rubbing with the stock control arms. Could I have gotten left and right mixed up? I don't think they would fit that way. Does anyone have experience with this. My tires are 305 x 70 x 17 BFG KM2. Wheels are MB 17 x 9 4.75 inches back spacing.

It's always a possibility. If there is a bend in the lower arm, it should bend in towards the center of the jeep and not out towards the tire.

did you put the johnny joint end on the frame?

the arm is designed to bend in.

are you rubbing on full lock right and left? if its only one way make sure your axle is centered.

last option, adjust your steering stop to avoid rubbing.

picture?

You'll find if you research that most lift companies recommend a max of 4.5" backspacing on wheels. That would correct your problem. As mentioned, you can also try to adjust your stops on the spindle as well if it's just lightly rubbing. I consider it a band aid, but you could throw spacers on as well. Personally, I'm not a spacer guy but it's an option.

They were on backwards L and R. It would be nice if they were labeled. Work great now, no rubbing.
