First and last order with Rebel Offroad
I am not one to beat up on Vendors, especially sponsors, but I ordered a Set of Bed Treads From Rebel Offroad. I received BedRugs... So I called, and was told I made the mistake. My mistake was not ordering from Amazon. To top this off they are going to nail me with a 15% restocking fee, if I return them.
I have been looking at these for the better part of a year. I know what I wanted, double checked before I made the online order.
I call Bullshit.

Yes, but unfortunately with the 1500+ emails I get a day, I really didn't look at it until after I receive said items. I know what I ordered, I have looking at them for a long time. I looked them up by part #. I double checked before the transaction went through.

Here at Rebel Off Road, we really pride our selves on treating each customer with fairness and with a high level of integrity. In this particular case, we have called this customer (David) and left him a voice mail in addition to an email, trying to help him out with no response. I feel like he isn't responding to the earlier replies as he did look at his confirmation and noticed that he did in fact order the BedRug instead of the BedTread. To be fair to all parties, I have attached a copy of the same confirmation he received below.
David, we are still very eager to assist you and would like to resolve your ordering issue I would be more than happy to help you out as best as we can. Please don't hesitate to give us a call 866-900-8841.

I am not saying your right or wrong here But I have had nothing but good dealings with them. and No I do not work for them nor did they pay me.
But an easy solution is to screen print your order and show them. I do not see them making you pay restock fees for a website error. But if in fact you ordered the wrong ones then I can see it. People Myself include sometimes look at one thing and click another. I will say the bed rug and bed thread on the site if confusing as it is not in a order as in all bed rug and all bed thread. So I can see where an error on your side might have been made.
The website lets you view all the history on your orders so this should be an easy one to figure out. if in fact you may of made the error.

I had ordered a Trektop NX with them a few months ago via telephone (in which I received no confirmation), a regular Trecktop showed up at my door a few days later... I then called a questioned what had happened. The sales person admitted to being wrong, and although I had to pay an additional couple of bucks to get the NX, the order was made right and the guys were easy to talk to. Even though I had experienced a bit of a misunderstanding, everything was taken care of and it was done in such a professional manner that I will definitely turn to Rebel for my next order. I trust these guys, as they know what they are talking about, they can own up to being human, and will work with you as a person instead of a customer.
